Panambur beach

This is the most frequently visited picturesque beach and lies next to the harbour. The ships anchored out in the sea waiting for berth in the harbour can be seen from the beach which presents an attractive picture. This beach is 10km from Mangalore. Over a lakh people gather to witness the International kite festival at Panambur beach.
